Difficult issues emerged in Haiti and other resource-constrained countries concerning HIV clinical trials and post-trial access to HIV treatments. This project assisted medical college faculty in developing curriculum for an ethics course in a public health degree program and provided ethics consultation to the institutional review board of GHESKIO health services centers in Haiti, researchers, health care policy-makers, and others on ethical issues surrounding HIV services and research with adolescents.
