Responsible Conduct of Research Program: Seminar

Hastings Center for Bioethics President & CEO Vardit Ravitsky will give a talk on the emerging use of AI in biomedical research. This topic raises fascinating ethical challenges that push the boundaries of traditional research ethics principles. This talk will explore some of these challenges, especially those related to data collection/acquisition and consent; data diversity and bias; privacy and confidentiality; data sharing and access; and the overall challenge of building and maintaining trust.
