Leigh Morgan is CEO of Imaginal Leadership Strategies, a strategic advisory firm serving clients in life sciences, health care, tech, higher education, and philanthropy. She is immediate past board chair of the Fred Hutch Cancer Center and serves on the board of Curemark and formerly at Kymera. She also serves on the UW Medicine advisory board.

Morgan’s executive roles include chief operating officer of the Gates Foundation, chief strategy and operating officer of Nia Tero, associate chancellor at the University of California, San Francisco, and vice president/global head of HR at Roche (Genentech). She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She holds a BA from Duke University, an MS from American University, and an honorary doctorate in humane letters from the Asian University for Women.
