Łukasz Kamieński, PhD, is on the faculty of International and Political Studies at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland, and is a 2025-2026 Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law at the University of Pennsylvania.
