Diana Lee is the cofounder and CEO of Constellation, a global AI technology company transforming enterprise content creation for regulated industries. She founded the company in her apartment in 2016 and built it into a nine-digit valuation business with over 200 employees and a headquarters at One World Trade Center.  

Under her leadership, Constellation became one of America’s fastest-growing private companies, ranking 65th on the Inc. 5000 list. Her accolades include EY Winning Women (2019), EY Entrepreneur of The Year® New York (2021), and Forbes’ “50 Over 50” list (2024). She also served as a judge for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year competition.
