Director of Grants Management
Carol Wood-Nutter joined The Hastings Center in September 2012 as director of grants management. Previously, she was center financial manager and project director for the Center for Applied Ethics within the Education Development Center (EDC), a global nonprofit organization that delivers programs addressing educational, health, and economic challenges. Her project work has included the production of multimedia informed consent tools for biobanking and the coordination of research studies on topics such as research integrity and the role of the principal investigator in multicenter clinical trials. Wood-Nutter began her career in project management within the private, nonprofit sector following completion of her BS in public administration from Bentley University.
