Why Your Gift Is So Important:

Your support enables the Hastings Center to address fundamental ethical issues in medicine, the life sciences, and the environment and to offer an understanding of their importance to people’s lives. Gifts from individuals support outreach and supplement government grants for research projects.

Your Gift Will Help The Hastings Center to:

Share research results with new and expanding audiences
Respond to the informational needs of policy makers and the media
Look beyond the horizon to address emerging questions in bioethics
Open its doors to visiting scholars from around the world
Maintain excellent library services for research associates

As welcome and as needed as they are, your tax deductible donations are not counted as Membership dues. To join or renew as an Member of the Center and receive the Hastings Center Report, please visit our membership page.
