On November 4, 2012 Hastings Center President Millie Solomon delivered the sermon at St. Philip's Church in the Highlands, in Garrison, N.Y., on our polarized society and bioethics as a means of bringing people with divergent views together to solve collective problems. The church is a neighbor of the Center and Hastings Center Board member Frank Geer is its rector.
