Geoffrey R. Hoguet is the Managing Member of GRH Holdings, LLC, an investment company active in real estate, public and private equities in the U.S. and Europe including Eastern Europe. Until 1997 he was a member of the Executive Committee of Creditanstalt Investment Bank, Vienna and President and Chief Executive Office of Creditanstalt International Advisers, Inc. of New York. From 1983 to 1989 he was President of Hoguet, Keller, Wittman & Co. specializing in money management and private equities and subsequently sold to Creditanstalt Bankverein. Other experience includes ten years with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in Paris and New York, and graduation from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a B.S. in Economics in 1972.

Mr. Hoguet is a principal of the Rothschild’sche Forstverwaltung; a member of the Board of Directors of Allied Resources Corp.; a member of the Board of Advisors of the Polish Private Equity Fund and Safeguard International Fund, LP; and a member of the Board of Directors of The Oquirrh Institute, The International Brain Trauma Foundation, Princess Margarita of Romania Foundation, The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and the USA Cycling Development Foundation.
